At AB Agri, creating a workplace where everyone can grow and succeed is central to who we are. Our latest Gender Pay Gap Report reflects the continued progress we are making towards this goal.

We are pleased to report that our gender pay gap has remained below 2% for the fifth consecutive year, now standing at 1.1%. This marks a significant improvement from 16.8% when we first began reporting, demonstrating the impact of sustained, focused action over time.

Our commitment to inclusion is embedded across our organisation - from inclusive recruitment practices and pay transparency to flexible working and the ongoing contribution of our Employee Network Groups. Together, these efforts are helping to build a culture where opportunity is accessible to all.

We are proud to have been recognised as one of the Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality 2025, and to see our Ruminant Technical Expertise Programme honoured with a prestigious Princess Royal Training Award. While these accolades are UK-based, they reflect the collective efforts and shared values of our teams across the globe.

Beyond gender, we are continuing to strengthen our focus on broader diversity. This year, 32.2% of our UK employees chose to share their ethnicity, an increase from 22.7% in 2024. While we recognise there is more to do to build a complete picture, this progress is an important step in supporting our wider inclusion ambitions.

We remain committed to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement as we work towards a more inclusive and equitable future for all our colleagues.
