AB Agri operates preferred supplier arrangements for all permanent, contract and temporary recruitment across our diverse range of operations and functions. We only accept applications via our careers website and agency recruitment portal. Instructions to work on recruitment assignments can only be given by members of our HR team. As such, we would ask that agencies refrain from making contact with any of our managers and employees, and that no CVs are submitted to colleagues across the Group.
We do not pay agency fees when speculative and unsolicited CVs are submitted to any of our employees and only pay agency fees where we have signed AB Agri terms of business in place. Speculative CVs and candidate profiles will be sent at your own risk and will be interpreted as ‘gifts’. We will reserve the right to engage with candidates directly having not, in any way, entered into your company’s Terms and Conditions of Contract.
If you would like to be considered for preferred supplier status, please email us at email@example.com with a brief introduction to your business, clearly stating in the header of your email your company name and the discipline(s) that you specialise in. Your email will then be kept on file for consideration by the Talent Acquisition Manager should we review our incumbent preferred supplier lists. Unsolicited CVs and/or communications will reflect unfavourably on any potential future opportunities for your agency.
