The Sullivan Poultry Group markets more than 25 million table chickens a year- just over 3% of the UK’s fresh chicken market..

We are supply chain partners and add value to leading UK ethnic, wholesale and retail processors of fresh chicken. This includes producing chicken for the Halal and Jewish markets.

We strive to work with our customers to help meet the differing demands of the British consumer.

Traceability, food safety and welfare are critical factors for our business.

Traceability

We have systems in place to record and trace a day old chick from its parents to every farm, and every delivery to each processor.

Food safety

Our production policies highlight best practice in transport, hygiene and health management.

Welfare

We are committed to the highest standards of bird welfare both in our farming practices and transportation policies. We implement the Farm Animal Welfare Council (FAWC) recommended stocking rates, and are registered with Assured Chicken Production for table chicken production.
